Thought I'd Die. Wished I would. Glad I didn't.

Four of us went into a very nice restaurant on the bank of a large river in Waterton, Montana two nights ago. Three had chicken, I had salmon. I awoke at 4 AM feeling like I was literally dying. Too many symptoms to name but they were all extreme. I had to crawl in and out of the bathroom. The group was to leave at 8:30 AM for our next town. I didn't have the strength to put on my own shirt. They loaded my bike in the chase van and strapped me in the front seat. I had nothing to eat for over 24 hours. When we arrived in the next Montana stop I slept until the next morning. That was this morning and we're on the verge of Yellowstone Park where we'll spend two days and a night starting tomorrow morning. Few things in life feel as good as coming back from a painful debilitating sickness. I'm off fish for a while.

Jim - so glad you're feeling better! Rest up in Yellowstone (what an awesome place to be!). We talked about you in yoga class last week. Namaste!
