Suicidal livestock

That's me in front with Mac behind
All over Mexico they build litle shrines where loved ones died in road accidents. Hundreds line the track into Copper Canyon

Rinsing the fear off in a waterfall

Happy to be almost out of Copper Canyon

Zacatecas to San Miguel Allende - 270 miles
Danielle is out of commission for 8 days. She was about 500 yards in front of me leaving Zacatecas when we started climbing a mountain in morning traffic. As we gained elevation we lost visibility in a thick fogbank. There were many trucks between me and her. The truck in front of me slowed quickly and put on his emergency blinkes. That's when I first saw the cows on the road. Danielle drove her front fender up a cows beshitted butt and it stopped her so quick she sprained her wrist. She and her bike will ride in the van for a week.
